Child found hanging from swingset

HANOVER TWP — A 3-year-old was transported via medical helicopter after his grandfather found him hanging by the neck from his swingset.
The Butler County Sheriff's Office reports that the boy had become tangled up in one of the swings at a home in the 2400 block of Stillwell Beckett Road.

Lt. Mike Smith reports that the boy was unconcious and had shallow breathing when he was enroute to the hospital via CareFlight. No further information about his condition was yet available.
