Library groundbreaking in June

West Chester Twp. announced it will break ground on the new West Chester Library building at 5:30 p.m, Wednesday, June 11, at the construction site on the southeast corner of the West Road/Union Centre Boulevard intersection.

The public is invited to the groundbreaking and attendant ceremony, at which the public will be able to take part in the actual ground breaking.

Extras

The new 50,000 square-foot library is planned to be more than three times larger than the current library. It will also feature a larger community meeting space, a café area, an expanded children's activities area, study rooms and more computer stations.
