Tree falls on road, power lines

West Chester Police and Fire Department crews are responding to a report of a fallen tree in the 6600 block of Station Road in West Chester Twp. Radio reports indicated the tree fell across power or telephone lines, and has blocked at least part of Station Road. Maintenance crews have been dispatched to move the tree, and expected to be on the scene around 6 p.m.
