Ashley Cavender and Joseph Earp
Kimberly Cavender of Fairfield and Randy Clayton of Fultonham are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Marie Cavender, to Joseph Dexter Earp, son of Mary Covert and David Earp, both of Huntsville, Ala.

Her fiance is a graduate of Sparkman High School and is a sergeant and infantry team leader serving in the United States Army.
The couple have set a May 16 wedding date.
Connor Christian Yorke
Andrea and Erik Yorke of Fairfield are pleased to announce the birth of their son Connor Christian Yorke on April 7 at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital. He weighed 9 pounds, 3.8 ounces and was 23 inches long.
Connor was welcomed by proud grandparents Barbara and James Might and Margaret and William Yorke.
